JW Pharmaceutical was reduced to under 5%
The National Pension Service of Korea (NPS) has built a 5% stake in SK Bioscience and ST Pharm in the third quarter.
On the 6th, the NPS announced the ‘5% rule’ (as of September 30) on 7 pharmaceutical and bio companies, including SK Bioscience, ST Pharm, Pharma Research Products, Pharma Research Products, Il-Yang Pharmaceutical, JW Pharmaceutical, and Chong Kun Dang Holdings.
According to the disclosure, the NPS owned over 5% shares of SK Bioscience, ST Pharm, Pharma Research Products, and Oscotec.
The NPS owns 5.02% of SK Bioscience, 5.03% of ST Pharm, 5.04% of Oscotec, and 5.06% of Pharma Research Products.
On the other hand, it was found that the stakes in large pharmaceutical companies such as JW Pharmaceutical, Il-Yang Pharmaceutical, and Chong Kun Dang Holdings were reduced.
Particularly, the stake in JW Pharmaceutical fell 0.34%p from 5.06% to 4.72%, and it was excluded from shareholders of more than 5%.
Il-Yang Pharmaceutical’s stake fell 1.04%p from 6.09% to 5.05%, and Chong Kun Dang Holdings dropped 1.01%p from 10.49% to 9.48%, becoming a single digit.
